Workout Routine and Eating Tutorial

Hey guys so here is the much requested tutorial for my workout routine as well as my eating habit. Thank you again guys for asking me about this. @PrincessElle37 Try vegetarian meat. It’s soy based. A vegan brand is Boca.

Main Things 2 Diet: (MY WAY)
1) 1 Portion of your food everyday.
2) Cut down on sweets. (You can treat yourself with chocolate once every other week) but if you want to loose the weight, dont eat sweets/sugar until your 3 weeks have finished.
3) 1-3 hour of excercise.
4) Usually its 8 glasses of water, I push it up to 12 glasses.
5) Completey NO pop, unless you wanna treat yourself.
6) AND NO EATING AFTER 6-7PM!
7) Eat a Good and HEALTHY breakfast that will full you up, so you wont think about

I have a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries (if I have them) in the morning after I jog. I found that adding almond milk instead of water is DELICIOUS and sweetens it up. I don’t know how much sugar is in almond milk, but I’m not adding a lot. Just thought I’d mention it because it’s SO GOOD!!!

(2) you strength train upper and body workouts on alternate days. I usually workout (legs and glutes) on mondays, chest and back on thursdays and shoulders, biceps and triceps on fridays, is that enough?
(3) Must the cheat meal be on exactly the 7th day of the week?
