		<description>I say pop to a harder gear and grind up that hill as close to 90 rpm as you can. If you&#039;re spinning up in the 120s you are not building bulk. Your bike pays for grinding harder gears! I know, I&#039;ve trashed three alex wheels in less time!</description>

		<description>Give it time.  Riding uphill will build leg strength, but you just have to keep trying.  You may not always see the muscle you are gaining.  Long distance runners have very skinny legs, but you better believe those legs are strong.  Keep riding up those hills and your legs will respond.</description>
