Wall slaps and push-ups.
Wall slaps: Stay on your toes and jump high as you can slapping the wall repeatedly for about one minute straight then take a three minute break and repeat.
Push-ups: This will strengthen your upper body so you can throw it down. Lot of the time people don’t strengthen the upper body and when they go up, it will hit the front and won’t go down.

wow. I’ve tried to do it. Just trust me. Go practice, it’ll help alot more. If you do spend your time, and somehow you get to dunk, if you can’t dribble to get there wats the point? Theres gonna be people bigger who will never let you dunk. If you really want to, theres not “quickest” way. You want to do it for sure, go spend 500 bucks, and put ur life into it. Basically you have to do workouts like everyday, go to a gym too, AND change your diet ALOT. So if you wanna do all that just to dunk then do it. Go buy the vertical jump project.

There’s certain ways to target the muscles in your legs that are involved in jumping. Speed/agility camps often also focus on jumping and leaping. Colleges, Junior colleges and fitness centers often offer these types of programs.

dunking requires for you to jump high. its not really about the muscles. you have to be tall and have good jumping skills. practice jumping by setting a bar for you to touch. the muscles just allow u to stuffit down hard and not get rejected.
