What is the best way to get back in shape and build muscle for volleyball season in June?

I want to be in top shape and build muscle and loose fat for vball season in June
want specifics please ..like a workout plan or something..i want to loose stomach fat and gain muscle ..quick results preferred

go to volley ball camps,run,lift weights, practice a lot, go to the gym

join basketball, because i’m doing basketball right now, and it kills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that’s how i’m getting in shape for volleyball……….

work on jumping, like do plyomectrics and do quick sprints, and a lot and lots of abs also ways good.

I’m currently in a Sports Medicine class, and this week we got an article about the benefits of “water workouts”…it’s a really cool article, you could probably look something up on google about it, but it sounds like a great idea for building muscle and speed, because in water you get 12% more resistance, so you have to work harder and really work on form….in addition, you weigh 10% of your weight on land which is also kind of cool….and something else that I thought was pretty impressive was that you lose the same amount of calories in half an hour as you do during a 2 hour sprinting workout on land…so look it up, because it could definately help, and I’m currently trying to get my club team to do a session, because the Lord knows I need to get faster…haha
