What are some good workouts to build muscle overall?

What are some good workouts to build overall body muscle, i don’t have much time on my hands to to train each individual part, so i need something that will work for multiple parts of my body.
All i own is a dumbell and barbell set. Any other effective tips to build overall muscle would be much appreciated thanks.

Swimming only tones your body, it dose not build muscle.
The best advice, to build muscle, is go to a gym and get an assessment. They will tell you what exercise, daily weight training , food and supplements you would need. To gain muscle with your body shape and metabolism.
You would also be shown how to use weights to build muscle properly without injuring yourself or wasting your time using weights with no results, to loose interest.
The body building program that works for me to gain muscle mass, may not work for you or anyone else. Just as your body building program wouldn’t with me or anyone else.
All gyms offer body accessments without joining, just call one and have one done.

ummm thats total b.s. swimming builds more muscle than you will ever get. sorry buddy.
