pretty much every meal with 30 to 50 protein, 60-90 carb (good carbs) and 20-45 fat is worth of eating

roughly 40-50. and with the fish oils its good fats good for body and brain. not mcdonalds grease fats which is so bad for you

leave out the sugar and try unsweened apple sauce, its sooo good, thats what i do. leave the banana for after workout. its way better chemically for your body

there all the same dude. ive tried lots of different brands and there really no different… try oat flour if you bake or bread your chicken in oats and eggs, its so good for body building

My breakfast is a little different but also quick and easy.
It consists of 1 cup of oats, 4 egg whites, 1 banana and about a tablespoon of sugar. I put all this in a food processor or blender and blend it all up then it easily pours straight into a glass and tastes pretty good to. As for the fats and oils I need I get them by taking fish oil tablets.
Note: blend up the oats first to turn them into a finer almost powder before you add the other ingrediants.
