Training Videos
A muscle building diet mostly boils down to getting plenty of high quality protein as well as energy-producing complex carbohydrates. In this video, Scott Abbett demonstrates an unusual combination of a good protein source and a complex carb thats right up there in quality with brown rice. This combination can create a bodybuilding sandwich that provides plenty of energy as well as a unique flavor. www.hardbodysuccess.com http

@alonzo2k
Depends what kinde of can you get. Those inexpensive cans here in sweden have 23-24 grams (those cans have meat and bones crushed) and the expensive (with only meat) have around 27-28grams per can or 24 grams/100gram of tuna
May 3rd, 2010 at 2:07 am
a can of tuna does not have 26 grams of protein more like 9-11 grams!!!!!!!

Nothing is more monotonous than the typical bland bodybuilding diet. Thanks for the fresh ideas.

@darkknight17 I think he cooked oats and added it to the tuna. Dry oats is how it comes in the box. i think

I didn’t understand what ‘cooked up dry oatmeal’ means.
Is the oatmeal cooked and then mixed with the other ingredients? Or is it dry oatmeal?
Any comments is appreciated thanks.

Mine turned into a hash as well, tasted good though, I still slapped it between two slices of wholemeal bread, it was just a bit messy.
I’m going to have another go with more egg and less onion.
Keep these up Scott. I’d especially love to see some recipes you can batch cook. Eating 6 meals a day with nothing ready made is a complete arse…not to mention expensive!
May 3rd, 2010 at 8:47 am
man, your recipes look delicious. I definitely need to try these out since i’m getting bored with my usual meals. Food Network should give you a deal. Keep up the good work
