Tips to build muscle for a water polo player?

I need some tips to gain muscle in my legs(for treading water) my arms(for shooting and passing and my abs(for core strength) any ideas will help.

try swimming 400 meters every day of -freestyle sprint-, -backstroke,- (want more muscle? try butterfly) (how you do you do butter fly do 2 mermaid / dolphin kicks and bring your arms up out of the water)
i am in the water polo team and i bulid lots of muscle!!!! (for a girl)

for out of water, i would suggest running laps, lounges, lift weights, sit ups, push ups, pull ups, wall sits, leg lifts, squats, and exercises with a medicine ball
