Hello Sarah,
I am a 20 year old boy, I would like to get leaner legs. I am at about 20% body fat.
I am already doing squats, deadlifts, thrusters, …. I know that spot fat removal is a myth, but I am going to try your workout before bashing it.
I am skeptical that it can do anything more than condition my quatts and glutes.

@lovablebutterfly It’s really unlikely that you can build ‘massive’ muscles in a week. In one week you are unlikely to make complete new muscle fibres to recruit to existing muscle mass to make your body larger, ESPECIALLY as a female. After every workout you should always be stretching to return your muscles to their resting length and get blood flowing through them to remove lactic acid.

Hey, I did this workout for just over a week and it’s made my thighs massive and muscley! :/
For me, this workout built up on muscle quickly, but it made my thighs look bulky. I was kinda looking for thinner thighs..

@stardollfansforever one more thing i forgot to mention is, you should do cardio! cardio exercises are not going to target fat in specific areas of your body but you can’t do spot reducing so your best chance for losing thigh fat is by doing cardio exercises and getting rid of layers of fat all over. I’m not sure if this particular workout is cardio or not but I do know that cardio might be what your looking for (:

@stardollfansforever (weight training) and eccentric training and stuff like that. so you might want to stay away from those a little since they can lead to increased muscle i suppose. But don’t take my advice that seriously because I’m just 14 so i don’t really know my stuff! Speaking of which, do you know any workouts that might be good for a 14 year old? I’m trying to lose fat here and there but I’m quiet thin overall even though I’m not that healthy at all! my weight’s 45 kg
