The 10 Minute Home Workout to Flatten Your Abs
When you look at 10-minute home training that can flatten your abs, it can be a little intimidating. You’re probably so used to doing a routine of extremely hard training for at least 45 minutes, right? Let me tell you, this 10-minute workout really changed my life, and it can change yours, too!
If you are dead-serious about getting six pack abs, then you should be willing to try anything. I am not suggesting you spend all your money on ab training equipment or ridiculously priced gym memberships. This is a routine that you can do at home for free.
Here’s the deal: It will definitely give you a shorter time frame for your workout routine. But for you to reap all the benefits in that short period of time, you need to exert more effort. You simply need to work a bit harder, if you want to save on time.
First, you should do your home workout before eating.
For your actual workout, lie on the floor, preferably carpeted or with a workout mat under you, and start off with about 50 basic crunches. Do them faster than you normally would, but try to maintain your form.
Do not get too winded. It does not end there. When you are done with the crunches, do 25 leg raises, then go for another round of 50 crunches. By now you will likely feel the burn which of course is a good thing. You can adjust your reps up or down depending on your fitness level at this point.
Do not call it quits just yet because there is still plenty of time left for 50 reps of bicycle exercises. That makes 25 for each side crunch and knee-bend combination. Finish off with 50 more crunches and you are good to go.
The first time might prove to be a little difficult for you. But once you get used to it, this home workout will be a piece of cake. Only 10-minutes everyday and you can get a really flat set of abs as a result. Work hard in that little time and you will definitely win your prized six pack.
Just don’t pig out when you are done as your diet will have as much to do with flattening your stomach as your workout will. Remember calories in need to be less than calories out to lose fat.
