How to build arm tone and muscle with only dumbbells?

I want to know what movements i could do to build muscle in my arms, lower and upper.
I have dumbbells only.
I don’t want to be like a bodybuilder, just medium/small muscles.

How can you build muscle if you have a slender build?

I’m very skinny and can’t put on weight easily. What would you food would you recommend for me to gain weight and build muscle. Also, because of a chest problem – my doctor says that I can’t do vigorous exercises. Any tips would be appreciated!

How can I build muscle strength to get stronger?

when running do you build muscle first and then start to burn fat?
