Skinny to Buff: February 20th, 2010

Training Videos
Hey everyone, First off I just want everyone to know I really appreciate the subscriptions and ratings. Unfortunately between school, work and the gym, I don’t have time to reply to everyone’s messages. The past 3 months I have tried to put a bit more emphasize on my triceps. I only focused this video on upperbody since that’s where I did most of my workouts. Enjoy.

Learn how to pose, and do it with both arms…second, your chest is out of proportion to your arms, not to say your arms are that big lol, but your still a little flat chested, try more bench press with 3-4 work sets of no more then 8-10reps and stay with a heavy protein and carb diet…Good work so far, but this looks like its taking longer then it should to be honest.

Looks like only thing you trained is your arms, 2 years? What a waste of time to get your arms strong only.

@helpmegetbuff do heavy weights and more reps, heavy weights less reps will build strength but heav8y weights more reps will build mass, you need NEED to recover you should look into Vince Del Montes no nonsense muscle building program

eh man im goin through the same stuff u r its hard for me to gain weight but ive been eating more 6 meals a day @ first i wuz eating like 4000 calories a day but now im eating around 3500 but the main thing is to focus on protein and carbs to maintain a weight you have to eat a gram of protein per pound of weight so 150 lbs is goal weight then eat 150 grams a day and compound excises like bench press row squats wide grip pullups and press. i did that and put on weight fast mostly muscle.

I’m not a pro but would def. advise you to check out MAX OT training, there is a free PDF on line that explains it.

nice shape, but you should focus less on just the arms and do more body work out (chest, back,…). and also you should try to eat more and stuff, you aren’t build for mass, so you must eat a lot to get mass, you can see that because there isnt much difference between this vid and about 6 7 months ago. good shape, but the buff isnt there yet

@helpmegetbuff hensingborg is right, you don’t need to do SO much exercise over the weeks, 3 will honestly do you otherwise you are just going to damage the muscles. Make a proper plan for exercises, and focus on working-out muscles in those 3 days (or repeat the first day on the 3rd day just so you have at least one days rest) and make sure you REST lol

Don’t listen to envious guys, that R jealous, of your arm genetics. My girlfriend is an amateur bodybuilder, & she is AMAZED, with the round, ball shaped, peaked biceps on U! You have big arms on you, & very peaked!! Keep up the good work, we R both proud of you!!

It seems like all you work on are your arms, butt no chest or back…Seriously u gotta start (eating) all long as u strength train u won’t get fat. iv been working out pretty much as long as you and Iv gotten alot of progress on my back, upper chest, shoulders, arms even my legs and calves pretty much everywere u gotta build other parts to build other parts hope that made sense
June 18th, 2010 at 11:39 am
lol why dont dont u get any bigger? u need to start doing deadlifts.. seriously
