So who should be considered a natural bodybuilder?Someone who eats his protein and vitamins and works out regularly.Not someone who uses protein shakes ,creatine or whey protein ,no.This one is just considered a bodybuilder.Way better than steroids,but still you wouldnt have those shit some years ago,thanks…

sorry for the neg comment, you should go on a diet and get ripped and look lean and mean before you give advice. people want to see a trainer who looks good. egg whites, chix, tuna, turkey, for a month should do the trick. oh and cardio 1 hour a day too..

@warpvirus That attitude irks me, there’s always someone out there doing something better than you, you’re here talking shit, but guys in the muscle mags make YOU look like a scrawny kid in the gym, so by your own logic, you’re not allowed to speak about bodybuilding either. The very meaning of the word is BUILDING a body, meaning you’re starting from somewhere far less than perfection and building upon it. 99.9% of people doing it are still ‘works in progress’, yourself included.

hey thanks for the video..I started taking ON whey protein 2 days ago, I take 1 scoop with water after workin out and 1 scoop with milk before I sleep, and the rest is food which is 2-3 meals (my weight is 227 pounds …my question is..am I getting enough protein or should I take more?

ON protein is concentrate and isolate, and i doubt its all isolate as it costs wayy more

where can i get whey protein isolate cheapest shipped to UK? i don’t care for brand or anything like that just the product. i have been using bulkpowders and i know that they are probably cheapest on the market but i’m struggling to keep the protein down especialy PostWO. had a couple of incidents with my head out the window driving home that i don’t want to repeat..

You should look on amazon.com… thats where i get all of my supplements… the gold standard whey is about 10 dollars more expensive on bodybuilder than it is on amazon

I like Optimum’s natural whey. It’s a little bland taste wise, but I thought the regular one had a funny after taste (for me anyways).
