My diet / exercise progress from September through June. I set a goal to be in the best shape of my life in 8 months. Started up a very simple diet to begin with, which evolved into a more complex diet. Began weightlifting 3-5 times a week, throwing in other physical activities like swimming, soccer, roller hockey at the same time. Very special thanks to one of my good friends Gunther, a national certified personal trainer and nutritionist, guided me through the entire way. Would not have made the progress I did without him. In the gym every Friday night, staying until the gym closed Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years eve, Valentines day etc, not having a cheeseburger from September until April, steering away from alcohol every chance I got, eating the same crappy protein bars almost everyday. Truth is, shit isnt handed to you, you have to go out there and take it for yourself. Some of the supplements I took were BSN’s NO Xplode, Gaspari’s Superpump 250, Gaspari’s Intrapro, and …

@CRYFORCRYSIS dude, i tried super pump thinking i could handle 3 scoops the first day… uhh i was jittering like crazy after my 1 1/2 hour workout…..
so i decided to you a protein shake instead… and ive been seeing improvement….
so i recommend trying GNC brand !00% whey protein shake… oh and dont listen to the label… i take it before and after and im only 15… its just protein and it cant hurt to take more than recommended….

Hello, i used superpump 250 today for the first time but i found out ..after the training that my heartbeat was 130!?!? i took 1 scoop and waited 45 mins, then i took 0,5 scoop 5 mins before the training. my age is 17… is this dangerous?

If you wanna get ripped man I recommend doing insanity workout and p90x.They help me a lot ; and to be honest I can’t see any significant change in your body you still don’t have definition in your muscles
