My diet / exercise progress from September through June. I set a goal to be in the best shape of my life in 8 months. Started up a very simple diet to begin with, which evolved into a more complex diet. Began weightlifting 3-5 times a week, throwing in other physical activities like swimming, soccer, roller hockey at the same time.
