You have to remember that what “I” eat may not be what YOU need to eat to reach YOUR goals because we may not be trying to accomplish the same things. If you’re trying to gain mass, you’re going to need more carbs. If you’re trying to lose fat, you’re going to need less carbs and less beer. Here is what a typical day of what MY diet and training looks like. You are going to have to make adjustments depending on what you’re are trying to accomplish. 6:00 am Workout (Weights and Cardio) on an empty stomach 7:00 am (immediately after workout) 6 WHOLE eggs and 1 “shit load” of potatoes Supplements: TEA REXX (energy / fat burner) 10:00 am 1 scoop of Whey Protein (whatever brand is cheapest), 1 Banana, Soy Milk 1:00 pm 1 “shit load” of Mixed Vegetables, 7 or 8 Chicken Wings (baked… not fried!!!!), 1-2 Beers (optional) Supplements: TEA REXX (energy / fat burner) 4:00 pm 1 scoop of Whey Protein (whatever brand is cheapest …

It’s sort of funny watching all these videos at this moment when I’m not obese any more – my silver bullet is DietOramy diet regime (Google has some more material) – that thing truly taught me to be make over my body, health and my entire life.

@zIMidnightIz only if you’re like below 16 or 17, haven’t reached the prediction on how tall ur parents expect u to become and hit too heavy ass free weights (more than your muscles can handle) which can fuck up ur bone growth or some shit which causes u to stop growing so basically, if your parents are tall and you arent, dont hit alot of free weight, maybe max 20lbs n stick to compound exercises like pushups

@KaanAdam Okay, Arrogance (I’m assuming that is your name).
1) Watch the damn video, he states a few times that this is what HIS plan is. Even says that you can switch things up a bit concering your habits/goals.
2) He never states this is a scientifically proven method, and that this is HIS method.
3) He never said the cheapest protein is the best, maybe he just doesn’t feel like shelling out a bunch of money every month.
4) I’m glad he has his own website, good for HIM.

@swaghelper1996 this is how you can tell if someone knows what theyre talking about or not. your body needs phases in fitness. you obviously dont know those phases. bulk, shred, cut. obviously in my bulking phase i’ll gain a pound a day (or try) then i’ll shred my fat from bulking then lean out. how do you think UFC fighters gain 15 pounds from their weigh in to the next day? pure knoweldge no assumption

@MasSergioVEVO haha i dont burn off all of it, i’ll burn about 500-600 that way im still averaging about 3200 cals a day to keep a steady weight or even gain a 1/2 pound to a pound a day. personal message me and i’ll be glad to help you out with any questions or goals youre trying to reach

@TheRynoxer the amount of cardio u must do must be insane to burn off 4,000 cals O_o we are talking calories as in cals not kcals were 1,000=1 calorie right? lol wana make sure we werent talking of 400 calories daily ahahaha… any how if u really do 4,000 calories a day plz by all means enlighten me share with me what do you do to keep the fat off i am very interested in reading your reply as i need to shed a few pounds. What cardio do you recomend for someone trying to shed 20lbs like me?

@MasSergioVEVO well im a certified personal trainer through ACT so im pretty educated in this field lol also with B.A. in physical education. and yes that is the reason why, i do enough cardio and weight training to maintain my weight while still consuming that amount of cals

@TheRynoxer well ok maybe it wont make u sore if ur not increasing intensity wich is what i belivce u shud do to get results.. but yeah i knw abt the 6 meals but his meals are huge its amazing how he can eat that much and loose weight. i normally range from 1-3 meals… sometimes 4 if you count the ocasional snacks i feast on fruits… i try to keep it as natural as i can. theres days where i goof up as well and i gain some weight then loose it again… dieting is a vicious cycle of loss/gain..

@MasSergioVEVO actually youre supposed to eat about 6 meals a day even if youre trying to lose weight. and working out everyday doesnt make you sore. you need to get a little bit more educated
