chest training, not body pushing, lots of short dudes that can not even reach the floor can lift hella heavy! (columbu) try lifting with your feet on the bench, you isolate the chest better that way.

which such a complicated exercise such as the bench press, its impossible to explain proper technique in just 60 seconds. Johnnie just gave you one tip, out of the possible handful of other techniques that are needed to learn how to properly bench. Good tip though for beginners.
