So, bodybuilding is something you like and you want to be able to gain muscle mass. You have given it some time and you are beginning to see some results. The nice part is you have lost some of the flab that you had a year ago, your body is getting hard, you are gaining some muscle weight and loseing fat weight, but your muscles are not getting as big as you want them to be

. I shouldn’t have made that mistake since I actually knew a person unfortunate enough to be afflicted with muscular atrophy. Not pleasant.

@Sambucca “he can barely put his arms down by his sides for all the atrophy of his lats” you do realise “atrophy” is the deterioration of muscle, therefore making it easier to put his arms to his sides?? i think hypertrophy would be a bit more accurate

I’m sorry but that body builder looked disgusting. Totally out of proportion, he can barely put his arms down by his sides for all the atrophy of his lats. And he’s got that cheap guido spray tan….gross. Very few women and very few gay men would even consider him as being sexy.
