hanhchampion.blogspot.com Check here for the original version I made. Trained legs today at UTA with my friend Andrew. He won 1st at Ronnie Coleman classic body building show in 2010 (Light weight) This leg workout is mainly squats, leg extension, leg curls, calves, lunges. I didn’t get to film it all. I’ll explain more details on my blog later when I have time. Its hard as hell to focus on lifting good and film at the same time. Put your video responses of your leg workouts here if you want people to see

first of all i like your gym! looks empty and big i like it ! im looking on some input on a legworkout! not really seeing any improvements lately your squats? i cant really do them because the bar hurts my traps/neck any input that can help plus you looked very bouncy when doing them would that help squeeze the last couple reps out???

Is there technique to picking up the bar from the rack? I tried back squats for the first time yesterday and almost fell down walking backwards.

@bigbobabc123 instead of doing sqauts try and use the leg machines, they work mostly the same muscles but can be easier to use

hey, i know it’s common for alot of out of shape people (which unfortunately includes me) not to be able to go very low in the squat for lack of hip mobility. do you know any exercises for someone with tight hips to do to gradually ease themself into a deep squat? thanks very much.

im stuck at 300lbs.. any tips to overcome my plateau?
March 3rd, 2011 at 3:59 am
@aaronwngxcrunner not really. what does help is stabilizing training for your core and hips. google this, since your hips often become unstable at the end of running and this can make you tired early on.

@aaronwngxcrunner For endurance aim for a repetition range from 13 to 20. You won’t build size but it will help you out.
March 3rd, 2011 at 7:31 am
@jlin9268 less pressure on your back and knees. I use them for heavy reps.
March 3rd, 2011 at 7:46 am
@dcgtrumpet I’m sore everyday. lol.
March 3rd, 2011 at 8:17 am
@aaronwngxcrunner Probably not. Heavy leg workouts are intended for building mass. I don’t think it would help you with endurance.
