@fogonabomba2 I do this 3 times a week.. Definitely catabolic if overdone..

@blondiecat15 LMBO yeah we don’t want u spasing out because I had to do some soul searching and really ask myself “do you want to be jujutsu’d” and that I had to decline cuz that doesn’t sound too fun there lol can’t articulate to my friends and family why I got my ass kicked, that’s just not what’s happening lol

Hey guys just a pointer for yall, i have been BB for 7 yrs & doing martial arts for 4yrs which mostly consist of boxing kickboxing & samuri jujutsu & what has help me out the most in the transistion from BB 2 martial arts is stretching, do static stretches & dynamic stretches twice daily to gain flexiblilty & it will do wonders, i was always good at grappling bc of the strength i gained from bodybuilding but i lacked flexiblity, so i started doing yoga type stretches along with dynamic streches

Well, you look great! Hey a video of you sparring another lifter would be cool. I hear the size makes you slow thing but..I’m not sure. Dorian Yates has boxing video up on youtube. He’s pretty quick.
