the important thing about ezekiel is that it is flourless. Sprouted grains only. Flour makes you fat and is completely useless when looking for slow burning carbs

eizekiel bread, is bread with seeds, and whole grains, very good for you. don’t know where to get it, research online. I imagine a health food store would have it

Yes, in the offseason while he’s bulking he and his wife will occasionally go to “In and Out Burger”… almost all pro’s allow themself’s to eat out once in a while. Eating McDonalds a few times a year, is a little diffrent than eating it a few times a day =)
FYI, most bodybuilders dont consider what they eat based off taste. Good, Bad, Bland, they could care less. They base everything they eat off performance, and nutrition.

I don’t think it’s a real threat. They test everything on mice and such small animals so even if it hat the same effects on humans, you’d gotta eat 2 pounds of aspartame every day to get a brain tumor.. So that tiny amount in diet coke or supps does nothing to you, imho.
