Your video is good, but it seems that your weight gain calculator is not working properly.
How did you come up to these high numbers of CARBS for someone who is seekin for a lean body with six packs? SO MUCH CARBS buddy.

@abel187 the cholesterol in eggs is not bad for you they are proven to raise your HDL and not you LDL (the bad kind) if you live an active life style like this guy 5 eggs will not do any harm

Oh hello! Have you considered intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

wow..i would have still been full from the breakfast and I would not be able to eat another meal at 10am..then again u r male and very tall…i still love this video

Another thing to be careful about are canned foods. They are usually high in sodium. AND you DO NOT want to eat 5 eggs a day. 1 egg alone has 70% of the TOTAL amount of cholesterol for the day, so eating 5 will put you at 350% over the daily recommendation and that doesnt even include the other meals throughout the day. I speak from experience, I started to get nose bleeds. Caked up fat in my arteries from all them damn eggs. I now eat just the WHITES

eggs have 4.5 grams of fat per egg so 5 eggs would be 22.5 grams of fat not 10

@siscarroland the cholesterol in eggs isn’t bad for you. Read up on whole eggs vs egg whites.

I just wanted to know if consuming only protein on its own is okay for gaining muscle and weight as a shake. This is a cheaper option which beats the other brands like maximusle who provide a whole package weight gainer with protein, carbs and fats. Do you have any advice which on consuming just protien on its own?
