		<description>I recommend a balanced excersize routine.  (dont forget to take a day off to let your body rest).  Dont over-do it.  Definately get a well balanced diet w/ plenty of protien.  If you&#039;re major serious, get a personal trainer--they will give you the results you want.</description>
