If I want to build muscle, should I just start lifting weights?

I lost a ton of weight with cardio. I’m a lot healthier and I look a hell of a lot better but I need some muscles. Skinny boys tend to get their arses kicked.

Work out with a challenging routine using machines and free weights. Don’t fall for the whole supplement culture. Its expensive and with a balanced diet with plenty of calories will give your body the nutrition it needs to build some good lean muscle.

I recommend a balanced excersize routine. (dont forget to take a day off to let your body rest). Dont over-do it. Definately get a well balanced diet w/ plenty of protien. If you’re major serious, get a personal trainer–they will give you the results you want.

weights don’t build muscle they either enlarge them or tear them do pushups and eat protein like chicen till you’re ready
