Muscle Building Tips
I want to slim down my legs, so I’ve been running 2miles almost everyday. But I dont want to build muscle making my legs appear bigger.
Also, what is a good way to slim down your butt and thighs?

um no… you’ll lose fat, but before long you’ll build even bigger muscle over it. do squats for glutes and thighs.

Yes you will definitely loose body fat in your legs! The thing that you want to do is vary your exercises everyday. One day you run 1 mile. The next day you take a break. The day after, you run 5 or 10-100meter sprints. Then take a day break. Then run 2 miles. Then take another break. Then do knee toucher things for 50 yards. Knee touchers-or so I call them- are where you are walking, then you squat down on one knee like you are going to propose to someone. Then get up and do it with the other knee. But do it really slowly and always keep moving forward. Then you can run backwards really fast and do skip jumps where you skip but you jump really high on one of your skips.
Well I hope this helps! You will gain lots of muscle and loose fat easily.
REMEMBER to ALWAYS tense your stomach muscles. This will not only help you loose fat around your stomach, but it will help give you abs of steel. ;D
Good luck!

You will lose fat and build muscle. Even though your are building muscle your legs will still get slimmer because muscle is more compact than fat so I really don’t think you need to worry about building muscle. Also, the muscle will make you look more toned and the extra muscle will increase your metabolism.
One more tip, you should increase the distance you run as it gets easier for you to increase your progress of losing leg fat.
