@endermid I’m not trying to get bigger muscles for myself. But your tips apply for guys too. A few guy friends have asked me this question before, so I just made a video.
leg extensions and leg curls will build big legs for women. for arms a machine press,concentration culs with dumbells,Incline press barbell for chest, and for triceps dips. hope it helps you
