Glad it worked for you too.. I was soo skinny
before and I must admit that I found the site
fitness-si mple.blogs pot.com (remove spaces, sorry guys ahaha) where I bought the Muscle Maximizer Program
by Kyle Leon and it was very helpful for me. I’ve been using it the past year and have put on a lot of muscle…. muscle that I’d never thought I’d have, give it a go!

MusclesMaximizer.info
is d bomb! Those trainer who dont know their
somatotype need not to worry cause the
program comes with a step instructions of how
to determine it. It will be presented to wide
variety of foods, making it easy for them to
select the ones that meet their nutritional
needs.

Im not saying this is bad advice at all, but personally, i feel like a bigger bitch then Justin Bieber when i only do 4 sets of arm work.

@CrystalGamingTV 14 is a little early to start as you are still developing, but keep working out just not too much as you will stunt growth.

Should we work out our 6 body part , Arms,Shoulders, chest, back, abs and feet in 6 or 5 days , or work them all in one day ????
and, you say that perform nomore than 4set . so that works for all of our body? i’m really confused. because many people gain muscle by doing like 4 set x 3 .. and they look really muscular. will cardio or aerobics decrease some muscle mass?

Alright so I need some advice here, I do lifting exercises for my biceps and triceps almost on a daily basis, and ive gained a lof of mass in those areas. However, when I cross my arms, looking at them from the side, they look very skinny. Is there any way I can gain mass to “widen” my arm?
