Military press, lat pulls, seated rows, incline press, and upright rows are all exercises you can do to work your shoulders.

1. Military Press is the most basic yet most effective exercise for the shoulders. It hits all the muscle heads in the shoulders, e.g. traps and delts. You can also do this standing or seated. 3 sets of 10-8 reps would be great for building mass.
2. Seated Dumbell Press – also for overall shoulder development, with emphasis on the delts; 3 sets, 10-8 reps.
3. Lateral Dumbell Raises -for the side delts; 3 sets 12-10 reps
4. Upright Barbell Rows – for the traps; 3 sets; 12-10 reps
5. Shoulder Shrugs (barbell or dumbell) – traps; 3 sets 10-8 reps
