		<description>don&#039;t do the rocky thing ,hard boil your eggs then separate the yolk from the white. the whites are loaded with protein. eat that way or mix with anything such as canned tuna in water not oil and never use salt unless it is sea salt, there is no cholesterol in sea salt</description>
