I want to know how many pounds of muscle I can possibly build in 3 months with no extra body fat. I lift weights and then go swim for an hour for cardio. Swimming builds muscle and also burns fat right?? What else do you recommend I do to add muscle mass but no extra body fat.also muscle burns body fat right? So how many pounds of muscle do I need to build to lose 1% body fat. thnx for all your help.
