I was always a runner but i stopped running for about a year and a half, enough for my muscles to downsize from being badass to giggley. On the 28th of July, my calf muscles and quads were mush and after running a few miles with my boyfriend’s sister on the 29th, my calf muscles and quads are already getting deep cuts like i used to have. What gives? I don’t use any enhancers and my hormones are perfectly balanced.
