In order to rid yourself of the extra body fat around your midsection, you need to incorporate effective cardio sessions into your fitness plan. If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body. Again, you NEED three to four intense cardio sessions a week to help create a calorie deficit and help rid the body of the fat that covers your abs. brandon i must ask u 1 advice,i started to folow ur videos for like 4 months,and im starting to see results:),but somthimes when im bored for example i do push ups when i wake up and then i do later in night,is that good? or i should rest? thx waiting ur replay:P

I’m 13 nd it’s my second day I’m feeling it all over my stomached and arm muscles is that a good sign nd is it ok if I don’t do the last one cause I don’t have anything that’s shaped like that so ? But I do 20 sit ups instead of the last one is that alright?

im just restarting working out started when i was 10 then quit when i was 11 now i am 12 and wanna be in shape for when i go to Bulgaria in august i will be 13 by then it is a shame i only have 8 months all my stuff is meant for a year but i will hopefully get in shape

Great video. You have to be on some type of diet plan to even get ripped like that unless you are already in shape, but if not, it’s impossible to look that nice without eating right.
