You might want to try and focus on fitness. Research the story of Charles Atlas, the “world’s most perfectly developed man”. Not the biggest, MOST PERFECTLY DEVELOPED. The company has a course of exercise that costs less than most of the others.

strength training will do that..and you don’t need any fancy or expensive equipment to do it..Body weight only exercises are a great way for you to start.Basic moves like push ups will build your triceps and shoulders and pull ups will build your back, biceps and forearms and grip strength..for your legs. simple squats or lunges will build your legs up.. your body will gain strength and endurance at the same time because you will have to do many reps to feel the benefits. A balanced diet of protein and good carbohydrates is must as well. But to write out a 7 day will take far too long on here and with out knowing your current fitness level could be harmful as well. There are books and DVDs that have good programs for body weight only exercises.good luck

You getting bigger muscles won’t make you win any matches, but will instead just throw you up weight classes.
As stated, work on your flexibility. That is way more important in JJ than strength is, since everything is about technique, and flexibility will let your body attack from different angles, allowing more techniques to be used and more complex techniques to be used.
Work on your techniques instead. You won’t get better if you’re bigger/stronger.
