@95melefante yes it is a complex carb….simple carbs(fast digesting carbs) like sugar. complex (grains ect.)slow digesting..for mornings-2hrs before workouts(complex bout 2hrs 2digest and have ready use of ATP) and save the simple carbs for after workouts for allowing isulin spike. hope that helps

@bwscheid Either he prefers cheddar or only had mozzarella, there isn’t really anything supporting cheddar is better from what I know.

the pepperoni is salty/processed as fuk and will make u bloated as shiii if u eat it alot. Why not just make chicken breast? do that and throw veggies all over it and hat would make this 100000x healthier.

Woah, I went out and made a pizza this afternoon. Then I’m browsing youtube tonight, and stumbled across this vid. I made mine the same way! It looks the exact same, and I coincidentally bought the exact same type of bread too! weird…

Jeeeesus christ, are you people stupid? Nobody said you have to eat this 6 times day or even 6 times a week.. this is a good meal when you’re sitting on a strict and not-so-tasty diet all the time and once a week wish to have something different, tasty, yet still pretty healthy. Give the man a break.
