turn while the pushups around your own axis over your back, that will include the backmuscles ass well. push up, turn over your back to the other side, push up, and back again. nice vids !

@taksistalo you’re right! I found that if stay hydrated all day, i have no need for a water break until like 20 minutes after my workout. I definitely didn’t learn that until after I made this video.

You know your water brakes can make you sick. If you drink planty of water while on the small brake between trainings it’s bad. That is proven fact that water makes it only worse when you pushing your body to the limit. Ye you need to drink but as less as you can, that’s why u see athlets spilling out water which they drink while training. After training and small rest you can drink as much as u want and that will be the right way.

@Zaless555 That is true! water breaks are vital in any exercise. What I do is I stay hydrated all day so that water breaks will be less of an interruption… I hate interruptions when I’m in….THE ZONE. Thanks for sharing knowledge and helping everyone else out, one person isn’t enough!

well I would say great job at showing what you can do outside of the gym however my suggestion is drink plenty of water don’t just drink as little as possible water breaks are just as important as the workout so you don’t get light headed or pass out or get heat strokes or dehydration still great job some of those are alot harder to perform than most people will realize!
