Muscle Building Tips
I know running on the beach is great exercise, but will you build muscle in your legs the same or almost the same as going to the gym and working them out?
What exercises are the best? what exercises will build thigh muscles?

Look into plyometrics to build good leg muscles.

The problem with running on the beach is the sand is not level, you are running on a slant or cant toward the ocean.
Weights and plyometrics will do a better job of building muscles, and you can control the amount of exercise so you can adjust your workouts.

You’re probably not going to get bulky from it like you would with weight machines if that’s the intent.
The beach can also be problematic due to it’s slant, and people can develop Achilles issues from the way they sink into the sand.
You’ll get more lean muscle from running. If you want more bulk for appearance or something, you could probably stick with machines at the gym.
