I use 2 tbsp of peanut butter in my choc whey shakes. Mix in blender with some milk and I freeze them for the smoothie effect! A great treat and helps me recover after a work out.

I just got done trying one of these samwiches and I gotta say there pretty awesome!
thanks for the idea never thought of using whey as chocolate spread before. Now im gonna sit here and vege for a while then go to sleep lol, bulkin up and dont really care about the added fat.

perhaps drinking the protein with skimmed milk would be a better idea, as it would also make it easier to eat the sandwich, as it´s probably pretty dry
