Actually I have taken half of that before I surf and my surf session can last from 1 1/2 to 3 hours then I take the other half after my surf session and it is awesome!! Remember it is liquid form
So yes, it works and it is fantastic and I can tell a huge difference on my performance. Don’t knock it till you try it ya know what i mean…and I am a 40 year old woman that surfs daily…mahalo Daniel

He drinks this AFTER his morning workout see the end of this video.

I can’t speak for Daniel, but in the video he said,
“all that blended together into this gives me a drink that will last me several hours without having to eat,” and from what I’ve learned from elixir crafters like Daniel Vitalis and David Wolfe, I feel Daniel would be more likely to drink his elixir over time, or with a specific strategy (i.e. maybe a bit before the workout, and then the rest over the course of several hours).
I’d experiment with what worked best for me.

There’s no way in Hell he’s consuming that right before a work out. You’d puke it up. . He’d need a minimum of a hour after drinking that to work out hard, but post exercise nutrition is more important for recovery then Pre.

He may consume the elixir after, But i’m almost 100% sure he would consume the drink BEFORE his workout. Think about it…Have you ever just woken up and done strengh training on an empty stomach? I wouldn’t suggest it, you probably wouldn’t put forth your best effort. Its important to be energized and have fuel for whatever workout your about to perform.
Hope this helps.

That is an epic drink. My goal is to start adding local, raw, organic heavy cream and local, raw organic kefir to my elixirs soon. Deer Antler works 10x better than any GNC creatine monohydrate super mass gain flex nitric oxide (crap) on the market. I workout twice while taking the stuff and get completely jacked. Nature knows.

Good Lord, you are good looking.

you work out on an empty stomach and then have the drink? or the other way around
