Believe it or not counting calories isn’t the way to go to lose weight and keep it off. Creating a nutritious lifestyle is what it comes down to. Few women show off a clean lifestyle but it’s an easy habit to learn and pick up, and when you do you’ll see just how great your life and health can be.

Of course the easy answer to a busy day is to pop a pizza in the oven or head threw the drive-through at your favorite fast food joint. But you know deep inside that these choices aren’t healthy and are increasing your likelihood of getting rid of body fat, increasing your risk of heart disease and so much more.

The reason that most dieters, 93%, fail to hit their goal weights is because it’s impractical to think you ca cut out half of your calories while you watch the scale slowly go down. It’s not about how much food you but in, it’s about the kind of food you eat every day.

The rule still applies that you have to burn more than you eat , But if the foods you eat are clean then chances are you will naturally see your calorie intake decrease and you don’t have to obsess over counting calories or fat.

I’ve mentioned eating clean… clean eating is the idea of taking out processed and sugar packed foods that contain fat hoarding preservatives and giving your body foods that we were meant to eat like lean meats, vegetables, whole grains and more.

Clean eating has really become popular over the past few years , and that sprouts from the idea that it’s a lifestyle plan that works, not an overnight weight loss fad. Make small changes today towards having a clean diet, if you ate terrible at lunch let it go and move forward with the new you.

Some changes you can make include: getting whole wheat pasta, grabbing for at least 93% fat free ground turkey, eating a vegetable with every meal and eat breakfast!

Of course eating healthy is critical, but so is having a workout program that is made for your fitness goals.
