Bodybuilding – Yesterday and Now
Feb.19, 2012 in
Training Videos
A little series of photos comparing the “classical” bodybuilders to the bodybuilders of today. Music* and bodybuilder’s names are given at the end of the video. * Had to add a song from the youtube library because my music was disabled due to copyright issues. So the song names at the end are for no use anymore. Song by Dozer – “Big Sky Theory”*

@Ragekoolaid I like the description you offered here of how you boost your capacity at the end of a set. Intense exercise is more than the physical repetition of a movement –it takes the ability to tap into the depths of one’s mind and spirit, and clearly you’ve managed to do that.

The bodybuilders of the 70s and 80s are much better than the guys of today. They were massive, thick and had classic physiques. Today’s guys are too puffy and cartoonish. I often wonder how these guys from back then would look with today’s better supplements and nutrition.

Arnolds legs are way too small compared to his huge arms. Looks like he will fall over because of his upper body weight
