@FelippePeter
haha. Funny it is. My partner was once a skinny
guy but he tried the program offered by the site:
MusclesMaximizer.info
in just a few weeks under its program, his muscles
started to get visible now. Never thought an
internet program like this would make him grow
musculas.:))

you make deadlifts look kool
January 8th, 2012 at 1:08 am
@RAV3N96
Wrong. With deadlifts of any matter, if you keep tension like that without resting the weight on the floor, you will end up damaging ligaments, muscle tear, long term knee pain. It’s better to “bounce” the weight off the floor when deadlifting.

@RAV3N96 Couldn’t agree more with what you have said. Great way to do some serious damage is to do such and exercise with ballistic and uncontrolled movements. Well said good comment

When doing stiff legged deadlift you do not bounce the weight of the floor! Slow negatives and a good stretch. Legs should be straight at all time to keep tension on the hamstrings otherwise lower back is being worked most. It’s an isolation movement not a powermovement.

@stylezNout i agree. i’ve been working out for 3 years now and recently i was doing some leg extensions with some light weight (and about 10 reps each set). all of the sudden my left knee started hurting and i thought nothing of it so stretched it out a bit and took it easy. then when i got to squats, my left knee hurt like a bitch and i had to stop

i wish it wasnt so dark at the gym its hard to see their form plus they are wearing black in a red and black gym.
January 8th, 2012 at 7:06 am
That is a lot of hamstring work to do before any push movements, is there any reason for this?
January 8th, 2012 at 8:01 am
how are stiff legged deadlifts a hamstring exercise? I dont get it.
January 8th, 2012 at 8:44 am
5:10 did he just say that front squats takes off the compression on the lower back???I thought all form of squats causes spine compression? am I wrong?
January 8th, 2012 at 9:19 am
@stylezNout No. Muscle imbalances, inflexibility, not properly warming up the muscle, and improper form cause knee problems, not the excercise itself.
