@Leprechaun79 I like to do all 3 parts of the chest-top,middle,lower and triceps in my “chest” workout. They may just be worried about training for this competition. From seeing him, he doesnt seem to do the lower chest often. Just my opinion,have a great workout!

Look at RG’s mellon size head destroyes his simerty. His shoulders look himpy. GH, not only muscle will grow but everything will grow. Everything. A little bit of testosteron, a okay. Just eat and train like an animal! Period.

Interesting to go with a Smith Machine? The straight up and down plane of motion isn’t natural? The bar tends to move back and fourth in a natural press. Over use on the SM would probably lead to a future shoulder injury. The whole flicking the wrist to turn the bar ect..

every bone on my left side was crushed some years back. The shoulder now is the only part still hurting. I discovered that 5 days of light shoulder training (really light) as a warm up, and one day really kicking the fckr helps. Less pain and growth is finally returning (I used to wake up every night of stifness and pain). Getting warm punching a bag is also nice

I prefer a smith machine as well, just all around safer and more precise. Although, normal bench press is very beneficial as well.

I realy messed up my shoulder while training for a triathlon (broken bones and torn rotator cuff), I can pretty much do most movements I used to in the gym however it involves intense range of motion control because it physicaly feels like the shoulder will go at any second. So once in a while to give myself a physical as well as psychological break I use a machine, including the smith.
