Body building/work out transformation
A new series dedicated to bodybuilding/workout. My transformation from when I started at 16 and by 18 I was ripped and had gained roughly 38 lbs of muscle. I got distracted/lazy and stopped when I was 20. Over 3 and a half years, I lost over 20lbs of muscle. Now at 23, I am starting up again and will go back to my previous weight and beyond. Wow, I’m really looking forward to all of your future videos. I just started working out a few weeks back as well, pretty much a stick at 5′ 7″. Starting it off slow and easy building my way up. All I do at this point is what you show in your biceps/triceps video. A little tweaked but I can already see some improvement.

how do you keep your motivation up? i get so unmotivated after 2-3 weeks of lifting… any ideas?

What happened ? you got sick of eating too much, tight budget or just busy ?
I’m really interested in knowing why didn’t you at least use maintaining exercises or diet, anyway I hope you get back your former glory

hey, thanks for the comment and yes i should of taken pictures before I started. I was originally not going to post this on youtube so i was thinking whats the point of taking pictures. My next vid will be posted today. Week 1 results.
