Best Muscle Building Workouts
I am a 16 year old boy. I am thinking about lifting some weight and i need help from somebody to write me a schedule.
(i don’t know anything about body building (names of machines,techniques,…..)
please help me

I would say that you should try to find a Certified Personal Trainer in your area to help you out. There is a lot of stuff out there that you could do, but they will help you narrow it down to some specifics for your personal goals. Will probably cost you a couple of bucks but it will defninately pay off in the end results.

first, think about what u want to make bigger and toner. if u want a toner body with good sized muscles, mix in running and cardio with your lifting. if you just want to get huge, do almost every single lift u can find and drink protien shakes after u work out. search the net for some workout plans or go to your nearest health club and talk to the trainer. they will make you a workout plan perfect for u.
