boy…ronnie coleman is damn sick…biggest man i have ever seen…with those muscles and all….but i think during the times of arnold z. body proportioning was more unto consideration…arnold then got much more flatter abs and perfectly developed and proportioned physique….ronnie coleman could be one of the dragon ball z cartoon character super zayans hehe..anyways..peace yah all !

you’re right , for me i’d rather going out with my friends at night, eating any thing come to my mind, having sex with my gf is much more fun than having a big biceps lol for someone to say wow.

@iApna That is why your opinion doesn’t matter, and why all drugs wont be legalized. Also, jassalpushpinder makes a great point, steriods are designed to aid the body, to supplement it and help it. Alcohol and tobaco though are just straight up harmful to the body, yet they are legal? Ignorance is frustrating.

i really think that these workout freaks are very hard-working.but i think that this type of body is not possible without steroids. and if,what i heard that they can’t have sex then,i think it would be waste.

Yeah…Just look up on the way AAS mechanisms in the human body and the way they effect endocrine system…u will come across so many concepts which explains when ‘USED not ABUSED’ can be as safe as using any other pharmaceuticals as long as u know what are u injecting in your body and how to work it up….
Some european and asian countries already have legalized them for personal use not for selling….

So saying that more people die of tobacco and alcohol makes using steroids alright?
Personally I think that all drugs should be legalized. Our pharmaceutical industry can then invest into making these drugs safer to use. Just triple the tax on it. But drugs of all forms should be banned from use in any competitive sport.
Btw.. body building can hardly be considered a sport in my opinion.

How many times u heard and how many bbs are actually there who died just because they used AAS ??More than using steroids people die of tobacco, alcohol and other controlled substances and explicit drugs…
I dnt understand why society talks shit about AAS without even knowing what are they, what they do in the body and what actually goes in the sport…

Meh Juice heads – Don’t think for a second you can get this big without taking some sort of steroid or GH. If you do decide on becoming a junkie like these muscle heads make sure you have good medical coverage and the money to save your live if you value it all.
If you muscle heads want a real workout try metabolic conditioning, MMA conditioning, Plyo’s, etc… Run 5 miles before you start your workout would be a good start. Anaerobic conditioning is not for the weak though.

thats because thats their profession, they workout twice a day, they have professionals assisting them both in their diets and in workouts. the workout and sleep. you do that and you will be bigger

the one that ronnie c. the first one is called super 7′s. i personally believe those are the best, i do them 1 month on and one off, and they really work your biceps to the edge. great video
