Body buidling\Workout tranformation Bicep and Tricep routine

Here is my bicep and tricep routine. It is what has worked for me and i am not in any way saying that its the best workout. Feel free to give it a try and see how it works for you. This is my day 1 out of 4 which consists of: – Hammer twist curls – Tricep pull backs – Seated curls – Overhead tricep lifts – Ez bar curls – Skull crushers – Tricep bar curls – Tricep bar overhead lifts

that second one isn’t working your triceps … that’s like a pullover sort motion which is lats and shoulders. and that standing over tricep extention thing at about 6 minutes is a reverse grip curls, so forearms. I’m not trying to be some know-it-all dickhead on youtube, cos believe me, i really do not. Just trying to add some constructive criticism. . Clearly working something though lol, looking in good shape.

seriously can’t understand all these “know it alls”.
The guy is showing what works for him and he is looking very good, so you can either copy or learn from it. He’s not claiming to be a personal trainer so let him be.

that triceps workout u do when u hold the dumbell back while standing up is def not good for beginners man lol. If your a biginner you must do it on a bench don’t stand up and do them

Its not a question of alot to learn, its a question of what ive proven works for me. I mentioned in the video that im not claiming this to be the best routine but one that has given me my past results.
