Body-building today has a different , expectation of body type so no need to compare Arnold’s body to any new body-builder’s because time passed by. But Arnold always did live up to expectation of 70`s. Therefore he could be the best as he did many times apart from new generation. Otherwise Arnold hasn’t been beaten when he left the stage looking for a new challenge.

The new bodybuilders have a large waistline. Arnold is the epitome of what Bodybuilders should look like. Why they deviated and went to this over-roided Dorian Yates look is beyond me. Yes, I know Arnold took them too. I am speaking mostly about the symmetry Arnold brought to the table. They need to encourage mass but maintain symmetry.

no body can say How u have to look like, and I personally think smaller guys looks greater than big guys with muscles. So It´s just a line to follow.
I train to become myself nice, not to be an Idol off a greater time before me or some stuff.
