Hey folks. I am Russ Bohaty, the Racer’s Trainer.  A little about me: I serve as the personal fitness trainer for NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne, his Kasey Kahne race team, and Travis Rilat and Joey Saldana of Sprint Car fame.  Get strapped in, because soon I’ll be passing the best workouts for my pros on to you. The goal is to have you at peak physical and mental capacity for your own personal ride. It will all be right there at your access to use whenever you want.  No question that preparing my racers on the physical level is central to my job. But just as important is my role in getting them in a position of perfect mental concentration.  Anything short of that is a distracted driver and that could mean a driver who is in danger. 

One of my big rules that I’ll get you to adopt is: keep it simple. So for them, I bring easy to remember quick words of motivation that are designed to create the mental state that literally attracts success. I call them “Helmet Talks”. They are a big part of what I do in my role and I am going to open them up for you to use to reach your goals and dreams in your everyday life.
