Vince I am quite a big Fan of your work, i followed your 27 week program for around 3 months and found tremendous results of around a 10kg weight gain. I’ve learned alot about my body, what it responds to both weights + food but i am now taking a step back. My During/post gym shakes consisted of simple carbs to raise my insulin level and my doctor told me i have a risk of receiving diabetes. Im now starting to think that perhaps fast gain is ultimately not the greatest desire.

My advice don’t waste too much of your life
watching his videos, instead..( assuming you are watching this video because you want fitness advice)
instead just do what we says and go to his website and get all his stuff. It’s unlike anything!
